Labor Day 2009

I love an excuse to get outside and have fun! This week was Labor Day and we went up to Grandma and Grandpa Judd's cabin for some fun. I loved it! There is always so much to get into up there, and the beautiful mountains there surround us!

Dad and I had some fun playing in Grandpa's gravel pile. It was soooo much fun to bang rocks together and make some noise! I'm good at that!

And this is just one of my many glamour shots! I can't help that I'm just so photogenic! But really Mom, can't you put the camera down for a minute!!

Monday, we went on a little hike with Uncle Doug's family. It was really pretty and off the beaten path, so we didn't see another person! The best part though, was that I of course got a free ride out of it!

Did I ever tell you that I have a crazy mom?! I don't know where she came from!

This is one of Dad's pictures from our hike. See, I told you it was pretty!

Mom and Grandma Debbie posing for a picture with me.

Grandma Debbie also taught me how to throw rocks into the lake! They would make big splashes and I even got Mom wet with one!

Rachel and Lexie are my big cousins! They are a lot of fun to play with--way better than having big sisters!

Grandpa Jesse was intent on getting this log out into the lake. Unfortunately, I think it won the war!

This is cousin Lexie at the lake we hiked to--Castle Lake to be exact.

Dad and I with Hayden Peak in the background. I really like riding around everywhere!

But I am getting to be quite a little hiker on my own (though I still prefer riding). It just get's a little tough when the grass (or the holes in the ground) are as tall as you are!
