So as many of you know, we have been working on getting our basement finished. Well, the time came to finally get carpet installed, and that meant doing some repainting upstairs before the new carpet was in! Lydia loved giving the directions...or rather ultimatums!
She also thought she was pretty good help! Oops! There went the bucket of water!
But no worries, because we found another bucket of water to play in a little later!!
And it was bigger as well...and that mean more fun, right?!
So this is the before shot of the room we repainted upstairs minus the carpet obviously.
The finished view of the family room after the painting was finished and the carpet is in! I can't wait to finish the kitchen! Even going from the lighter green to this tan lightened the room sooooooo much!
The basement bedroom turned out nicely with the blue. Now I just have to get the bathroom upstairs painted since that was originally what I bought the paint for!
